When does the marching band rehearse?
The Mighty Lion Band rehearses Monday through Thursday 3:30 - 5:30.
I'm receiving academic scholarships (ACT, Valedictorian, etc.), will I still be able to receive a band scholarship?
Yes! Here at EMCC, we have the opportunity to stack scholarships for any student.
I've heard of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) before, what exactly is that?
Phi Theta Kappa is an academic honor society where, depending on GPA qualifications met, will allow any transfer student to a 4 year university in Mississippi be eligible for a significant tuition waiver. PTK scholarships can award a student upwards of $3,000 per semester towards their university studies. We highly recommend looking to become a member of PTK once you attend EMCC!
Where can I find information on dorms/housing?

I'm going to attend EMCC next semester, but I'm not sure who to contact for enrollment, where do I go next?
Contact LionCentral at 662-476-5079 with any help needed for enrollment questions such as applications for enrollment or any other documents needed. They will also be able to direct you towards any other departments on campus necessary for acceptance into the college.
